On September 24th, 2022 a team from Infosys comprising of senior staff visited our children as part of their CSR at our Community Welfare Center in Ennore. Our staff and children were extremely thrilled and happy to have them come all the way from South Chennai to spend quality time with them.

The day began with the children giving them a traditional Tamil welcome. Then the children honoured each team member by garlanding them and presenting them with a shawl. They were pleased to receive this honour from our children. The children interacted freely with the team and they spoke about the tuition, computer class, music class, Change Ambassadors Program, library, and snacks. They also talked about how caring and loving the staff are which make them feel comfortable at the Center.
The Infosys team was so happy to hear all that we do for the upliftment of the underprivileged and they truly appreciated us. Additionally, they interacted so cordially with our children and the staff, which was heart-warming to see. They shared their experience and encouraged our children to work hard and achieve their dreams.
They donated two computers for the computer class, a box full of books for the children, pouches for the juniors, and geometric boxes for the senior children. All the children were extremely happy to receive the gifts and their faces lit up. The team cut the ribbon and dedicated the computers for the use of our students. They went around the Center and saw different activity rooms. It was an eye-opening experience for our children to hear from the IT stalwarts of our city and know that they can also reach great heights in life through hard work.
