Children at Catherine Hope Center are now being introduced to the World of Music At CHF
In 2022, Catherine Hope Center launched music training for the children. Since then, they have benefited from weekly lessons with a qualified instructor. Even with very limited resources with just two keyboards and one guitar, the children are thriving in this field.
After their daily tuition sessions, the children head to the music room to practice. They have mastered reading musical notes, and a few gifted students have also cleared their Grade 1 exam in Electronic Keyboard under Trinity College, London and have received their hard-earned certificates for the same.
Music classes support the development of motor skills and various cognitive functions. We’ve observed that these classes not only keep the children engaged in constructive activities but also help them avoid associating with negative influences. By participating in music lessons, they channel their time and energy into learning new skills and nurturing their talents in a positive manner.
