Emergency Assistance

At CHF, we understand that crises can strike without warning, leaving vulnerable individuals in urgent need of help. Our Emergency Assistance Programme is designed to respond swiftly and effectively in times of calamity or unforeseen circumstances. Whether it’s a natural disaster, a medical emergency, or a crisis, our dedicated volunteers are always ready to step in and provide immediate support.

We launched the  Emergency Assistance Programme during the pandemic when the streets across India were deserted and uncertainty gripped the nation. We started in Dindigul, followed by Chennai, and Mumbai, with our volunteers actively seeking out the most vulnerable—differently-abled individuals, the underprivileged, and those living in the slums. Since then, this programme has continued to support individuals during every calamity or natural disaster offering not only physical aid but also compassion, care, and unwavering support to those who need it most.

When the streets are empty and people face desperate circumstances, CHF steps in to ensure their basic needs are met. Our volunteers go door to door, delivering groceries and essential supplies to those in need, offering both practical support and a sense of hope. Through every crisis, we remain steadfast in our commitment to provide immediate relief, standing as a source of care, compassion, and unwavering support for the most vulnerable.
